Replacement of leaking underfloor heating systems:
In practice, we often come across piglet floor heating systems that are no longer vapour-tight over time. This leads to air entering the heated water, causing the panels to insulate in the wrong direction. The top remains lukewarm, whilst the bottom becomes hot, which wastes a great deal of energy. This problem is often caused by leaking connections or heating panels. We manufacture bespoke heating panels for many renovated pigsties. These panels are 35 mm thick and feature a rubber top layer for extra grip, even when the panel is damp. Our heating panels fit perfectly into virtually any support system from flooring suppliers. If required, we can also provide additional stainless steel support. Our panels are affordable, yet durable and robust. They contain 15 mm heating hoses that will heat your piglet nests trouble-free for years to come. These hoses are German-made and completely diffusion-tight. The plastic quick-connect couplings we use contain as little metal as possible, ensuring they last a long time in harsh environments and remain oxygen-tight. Replacing broken piglet hoods:
After prolonged use, piglet covers can wear out or break, often because the plastic has become brittle and is not UV-resistant. Another problem is the lack of a stainless steel frame, which means that covers can tear when subjected to rough handling and eventually break completely. Sometimes people try to make their own under-covers from underlayment sheets, but these are expensive and susceptible to moisture, meaning they become damaged quickly. We can manufacture piglet pens for any situation using transparent, UV-resistant sheets or black HDPE sheets. Our plastic hinges are extremely strong and can withstand a fair bit of wear and tear. We now offer a wide range of types, shapes and sizes of under-pen covers, so we almost always have a solution to suit your situation.
