Based in Nijnsel, Brabant, we have been manufacturing feeding equipment suitable for every stage of a pig’s life for over 50 years, supplying customers worldwide. With a forward-thinking approach, Bert Verbakel developed a high-quality pig feeder in 1971 that ensures healthy growth in pigs whilst making life easier for the farmer. And we continue to do so today in our family business. Made from recycled materials wherever possible, for the well-being of both people and animals.

All-round production worker
Do you enjoy working with your hands and are you looking for a job in manufacturing? Then we have the job for you!
What are you going to do?
You will be working with modern machinery and, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines (plastics and stainless steel)
- Helping with the production of our products
- Checking that everything is produced neatly and to the required standard
- Ensuring a tidy and safe workplace
- Providing support where necessary during the production process
No two days are exactly the same, but you do know where you stand.
Who are you?
You’re a go-getter who enjoys working with your hands. The work isn’t physically demanding, but it does require precision and concentration!
What do we offer you?
- A full-time job (38 hours) on day shifts (07.30 to 16.30)
- A salary of between €2,600 and €2,800 gross per 4 weeks
- 25 days’ holiday and 12 ATV days
- Salaries are paid every 4 weeks
- We’re closed over Christmas and during the construction industry holiday, so you’ll have your holiday
- Working close to home in Sint-Oedenrode

Production Coordinator (CNC) / Assistant Operations Manager
32 to 38 hours per week | Sint-Oedenrode
At VERBA, we are looking for a hands-on assistant manager. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, work planning and on-the-shop-floor management. You will play an active part in production and support the manager in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day production process.

What are you going to do?
As an assistant manager, you are a key link between the office, work planning and production. Your duties are varied and include, amongst other things:
- Independently creating and modifying 2D and 3D drawings for our CNC machines (plastic and stainless steel)
- Creating and modifying CNC programmes
- Setting up, converting and adjusting CNC machines (plastic and stainless steel)
- Production planning: processing orders and preparing for production
- Assisting with production and monitoring quality and progress
- Co-ordinating the daily allocation of tasks and providing practical guidance to colleagues
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for improvements
Who are you?
- You are available to work 32–38 hours a week
- You have several years’ experience in a technical manufacturing environment involving CNC (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, manufacturing/industry)
- You feel at home with both work planning and machine set-up
- You can read and produce technical drawings (2D/3D)
- You work in a structured way, think ahead and take responsibility
- You communicate clearly and enjoy mentoring your colleagues
- You have a practical mindset and prefer short lines of communication and a down-to-earth working environment
