VERBA dry-feed tray for meat pigs
The VERBA dryer for swine with stainless steel trough is suitable for all types of dry feed, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. This pig bowl is specially designed for pigs of 20 to 120 kg. The large bunker capacity and the variety of types makes the dry feeder ideal for feeding small to very large groups of pigs.
Robust design and hygiene
The VERBA dry-feed bowl for pigs is extremely robust with the use of STAINLESS STEEL 304 in combination with unbreakable PE plastic. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-mors edge is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no pig food can crawl in to spoil it. Moreover, this anti-morsal edge minimizes feed spills and optimises feed conversion, which works significantly cost-effectively.
Safe and sustainable eating compartments
The eating compartments are separated by a stainless steel round staff frame with upper and lower brackets, so pigs can't stick with their ear tags. These eating compartments are completely stuck through the stainless steel front and then completely welded off, so they can't break out, even if the welding would fail. The eating compartment side of the VERBA pig dryer is lightly coloured, which ensures the best feed intake and visible hygiene in the stable.
Simple adjustment and versatility
The own developed and indestructible VERBA adjustment with star button works very simple, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves working time and ensures that the pigs never run out of food with this food tray. These details, which we have developed for 50 years, ensure that the VERBA drying troughs have an excellent value for money and are the best choice for your stable. All pig drying troughs are also available in a double version and can be set separately per loft.
Optional reinforcements and versatility
For heavier pigs we can optionally mount stainless steel reinforcement profiles on the side walls of the feed bowl. A lid, mounting corners or stainless steel spindle adjustment are also optionally available. The SM pig dryer is also regularly used as a goat or sheep feed.
