VERBA dry feeder for piglets of stainless steel 304
The VERBA dry feeder for piglets of stainless steel 304 is suitable for all types of dry fodder, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. This piglets feed tray is specially designed for weaned piglets of 7 to 35 kg. The large bunker capacity and variety of types make the piglets dry feeder ideal for feeding small to very large groups of piglets.
Robust design and hygiene
The VERBA piglets dryer is extremely robust due to the use of stainless steel 304. Around the piglets feed bowl is equipped with the extremely strong and hygienic unique VERBA bead edge. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-mors edge is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no piglets feed can get in to spoil it. Furthermore, this anti-mors edge minimizes feed spill and optimises feed conversion, which works significantly cost-effectively.
Safe and sustainable eating compartments
The eater compartments are separated by a stainless steel round staff frame with upper and lower brackets, so piglets can't stick with their ear tags and cannot get stuck. These eating compartment partitions are completely stuck through the stainless steel front and then completely welded off, so they can't break out even if the welding would fail. The eating compartment side of the VERBA piglets feed tray is made of stainless steel and lightly coloured, which ensures the best feed intake and visible hygiene in the piglets.
Simple adjustment and versatility
The own developed and indestructible star-button VERBA adjustment works very easily, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves working time and ensures that the piglets never run out of food with this feed bowl. These details, which we have developed for 50 years, ensure that the VERBA drying troughs have an excellent price-quality ratio and are the best choice for your piglets. All drying troughs for piglets are also available in a double version and can be set separately per piglets loft.
Optional reinforcements and versatility
