VERBA Dry feeder for piglets

Description

The VERBA dry feeder for piglets with stainless steel trough is suitable for all types of piglet feed, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. This piglet feeder is specially designed for weaned piglets from 7 to 35 kg. The large bunker capacity and the variety of types make this piglet feeder extremely suitable for feeding small to very large groups of piglets.

Robust design and hygiene

The VERBA piglet dry feeder is enormously robust due to the use of stainless steel 304 combined with unbreakable PE plastic. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-spill rim is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no piglet feed can creep in and spoil. In addition, this anti-spill edge minimizes feed spillage and optimizes the piglets' feed conversion, which is significantly cost-saving.

Safe and durable eating compartments

The groove compartments are separated by a stainless steel round bar frame with top and bottom brackets, so piglets cannot get stuck with their ear tags and cannot get stuck. These groove compartment dividers are fully inserted through the stainless steel front and then fully welded, so they cannot break out even if the welds were to fail. The munch box side of the VERBA piglet dry feeder is light-colored, ensuring the best feed intake and visible hygiene in the stable.

Easy adjustment and versatility

The in-house developed and indestructible VERBA adjustment with star knob works very easily, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves labor time and ensures that the piglets never run out of feed. These details, which we have continued to develop for 50 years, ensure that VERBA dry feeders for piglets are excellent value for money and the best choice for your piglet shed. All piglet feeders are also available in a double version and can be set separately for each pen.

Optional reinforcements and versatility
